Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Credit Plan with
MyEmailVerifier
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the
Unlimited Credit Plan
offered by MyEmailVerifier ("Service Provider").
1.2 By subscribing to the Unlimited Credit Plan, you agree to comply
with and be bound by
these terms and conditions.
2. Unlimited Credit Plan
2.1 The Unlimited Credit Plan provides the subscriber with unlimited
access to email
verification services during the subscription period.
2.2 Usage Limitations:
- 2.2.1 "Unlimited" refers to reasonable and fair usage of email
verification services
for regular business purposes.
- 2.2.2 Maximum of 100,000 emails per file for bulk email
verification.
- 2.2.3 Our system will process one file at a time; other files
will be in a queue.
Approximate processing time for each file will be displayed, and the total queue
time for all files will be shown.
- 2.2.4 For single email verification API, there is a rate limit
of 30 emails per
minute. If higher limits are needed, please contact us.
3. Subscription Period
3.1 The subscription period begins upon successful payment for the
Unlimited Credit Plan.
3.2 The Unlimited Credit Plan is billed on a daily basis.
4. Usage Limitations
4.1 Excessive or abusive use of the Unlimited Credit Plan may result
in the suspension or
termination of the subscription.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Subscribers are required to pay the subscription fee in advance.
5.2 Payments are non-refundable.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written
notice.
6.2 Upon termination, the subscriber's access to the Unlimited
Credit Plan will be
revoked.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1 MyEmailVerifier reserves the right to modify these terms and
conditions at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 MyEmailVerifier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of the use of the Unlimited Credit Plan.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of New Jersey State, USA.
10. Additional Terms
- 10.1 At the end of the subscription, all files will be marked
as completed in the
queue without processing. If any file is in progress, we will wait to complete that
file before marking all others as completed.
- 10.2 You can re-upload files if you have regular credits in
your account (credits
before subscription if any).
- 10.3 Credit Usage History: You can view your credit usage
history for bulk email
verification and file upload history on the credit history page.
- 10.4 Single Email API Logs: We will not save logs for single
email verification API
calls.
