Here is how it works:
  1. You upload your list of email addresses.
  2. Our proprietary software processes every email address by subjecting it to a series of tests.
  3. At the end of processing, our software reports the results back to you. It tells you which email addresses are valid, invalid, greylisted, and so on.
  4. That's it.

Your email lists are accepted and returned through secure connections. While processing, your email addresses are stored on secure servers.

As a Data Processor, we provide you with the following features to help comply with the GDPR:

"Delete" requests: This is in connection with the "Right to be forgotten" and the "Right to the restriction of processing" of the GDPR. You can delete the entire mailing list you uploaded. To delete an individual email address from a mailing list, you'll first need to delete a mailing list that contains the said email address and then upload a new mailing list from which the stated email address had been deleted.

Auto-deleting and Storing data

Your data is encrypted for complete security as long as the data remains on our platform. After completing the process of your email lists, you can download your reports or remove your data permanently from the MyEmailVerifier platform anytime. Also, we have a strict data retention policy in place. Email data is removed automatically from our site if you do not remove it within 30 days.

At MyEmailVerifier, we process your data for the limited and specific purpose of providing email verification services. Customers of MyEmailVerifier can access, update, retrieve, and remove their data.
